Orders and prices
Product prices and availability can change. We confirm the final toner, ink, accessory, part or supply item, price, and pickup details on WhatsApp before processing.
Delivery and pickup
We do not offer delivery. Customers must collect paid orders from our shop personally or through a trusted representative using the unique pickup code.
Repairs and support
Repair quotes and timelines depend on the printer's condition, fault, and parts availability. We inspect the equipment and communicate before work continues.
